Gretel Gomez, is the daughter of Vivian Hi-Rodriguez, who was a cancer patient of La Liga Contra El Cancer. Gretel had faced challenging times taking care of her mother through her health struggles. Unfortunately, Vivian lost her battle with cancer earlier this year. Being that the mother’s health was the main focus for a while, basic furniture essentials at the home were needed but not as a priority.Thanks to the partnership between La Liga Contra El Cancer and El Dorado Furniture, the Gomez family was one of the selected families for the 50 Years/50 Families Community Relations Campaign.
